there are two ways to do it I will get some pictures but also explain it.
First if you want to PM Someone that has made a comment there is a little Gear next to the like button. If you click it, it will say "Send PM" and if you click that it will pop up a box to send a note. After you send the note it will show up in the upper right corner under the little drawer icon
The other way to send the PMs is to click the Drawer Icon and in the very top of the drop down it will say "New message" Click that and it brings you to a new page with a box for typing in the persons name, and also a box for the message. If you start typing in the persons name it will prompt you like when you do @
Obviously once you are done with your note you click post message and it will send it to them.
When the person replies it will be in your notifications, and also under your inbox.
@Renesmee It depends on who you are sending it to. If it is a new member to the message boards it could take a little bit. If it is sent to a current member of the boards it works just like comments here, instantly
