Ok.  Stuck again.  The difficulty on this level is............hmm..........massive.  lol.  Hoping it's just a glitch, but I did the chemical and psi debacle and get the code to go down the elevator, and that's supposed to kick me to Balta....ending that chapter..  Except I just lower into the library.  If I exit the elevator in the library, the elevator just goes back up.  I've exited the library, remixed chemicals, played with psi from old walkthroughs, etc. I can't end the chapter.  Any help would be appreciated!!  It's giving me more gray hair, lol!  Thanks in advance
