Role Play - Salem Village

edited January 2018 in General
For the last few weeks, I've been (slowly) getting my role play done. I know people don't really do that stuff anymore but I've been getting bored and I needed something to do, so I ran with the idea.

*I try my best to build rooms, so please leave some constructive criticism as to the rooms. I would love to hear feedback on the rooms! :)*

A little bit of background about Salem Village:
1 - It is set in colonial Salem, after the Trials.
2 - More of a tidbit: It took nearly $500-$800k to build. Those tiles and pine walls get expensive!
3 - The Golden Talon Tavern & Inn has places for most of the people that want to join. (The truth is, I really don't want to spend past a million on this project so you can make your own room and just lend me a porter. The same for the Neighborhood. As there is only three houses (small room), I will give you a porter and you build your own room. The walls, for all, are Snowy Mountain Cabin. Tiles, I don't care.)

Rules:
1 - Pilgrim Clothes or Clothing that is Era-friendly. IE, if you were to use the Colonial Fashions from the Milliner Tailor Shoppe, that would be fine.
2 - Be respectful of other's role playing. Don't be a jerk when it comes to role playing, please.
3 - Everyone will have a role in the village. Whether you're the Tailor, or the Teacher, it doesn't matter.
4 - Please be kind to others (kind of ties in with 2). If I have to give warnings to you more than three times, you're kicked out.

Rooms:
1 - Only use Snowy Mountain Cabin Walls when you build your own house, regardless of where you live.
2 - Title your room after Salem Village.
IE:
Salem Village - The Inn - [insert name]'s Apartment
3 - Colonial-era items in rooms only. You are role-playing as a colonial man/woman in a colony that is just starting out. No radios, no TV's, etc.

Although it is set in an area where there isn't any modern electronics, doesn't mean we can't be creative. There is a tavern [nothing against the Constitution] and a school with things that they learned back then. I'm hoping people will join and make role play alive, once more. :)
