2pm - 5pm Mountain Time = 

9pm - 12pm Greenwich Mean Time = 

12pm - 3pm Alaska Time (mostly) = 

9pm - 12pm Coordinated Universal Time...

If I left out your time zone, just search the abbreviation for yours to EST and it will tell you.
