How do I get the rope? I think it might be useful to get the key.

I found when you magnetize the pipe that if you have the rope and pipe, you can throw it under the door

Now sure what to do next, but try that!

Okay, to get the rope you need scissors, that is under the table in a box, then pick up the box to the right of the metal trunk, and put the box on top of that other crate to the right of the door, then click to get up on top of them and use the scissors!
