They usually do store everything but sometimes they don't for a while, I guess. Idk why..they probably forget to clean up xD

It happens on main street too. Stuff has even been left out until the next night :P

It's usually gone by the morning though! (which I think would be closer to afternoon for you..?)

yes, you would still get the dragon (as well as all the other things listed such as dragon keeper attire and Dragon cave guestroom). 

I'm not too sure about the special items every saturday (like if you were to get the membership after saturday). Maybe someone else would know ( @VFK_Mintie ?)  I would think you'd still get them though.
