I'm trying to call Aunt Ellen she is supposed to say to call back and then where the batteries are but I keep phoning her but it only lets me say '' I'll talk to you later!'' so I can't get passed that. Is my game broken or something I'm not on EA.

Okay your aunt will only remember after you:

get the batteries from the lab

Look at the filing cabinet

Get the button from the floor of the lab

get the snake weight from the right of the door

look at the picture on the desk

phone rings Answer it

After you do all of that then

ask Alex about the button

then go call Aunt Ellen, she should remember
