"Space Station Airlock Teleporter"? Do they exist? What are these from?

Myself and a few other space merchant prize collectors are trying to figure out if these items exist and if so what mission(s) are they obtained from? Someone had added these to the VFK Wiki page but I dont know anyone who owns them or has even seen them. I tried reaching out via Help message but didnt hear back. If you cant tell us what mission they are from, could you confirm the existence at least? Thank you! <3

They can be found by any map, good luck space faring!

OMG OMG OMG!!!   This is freaking amazing.  I've never seen one of these nor did I know of them.  My new goal to attempt to get one for my collection!!!!
