'Space Merchant Dispatch'

Yep, another suggestion/request/whatever.  I find that WAAAAAY too often, I have space missions going on, and when I log in the next day...I have like 1-5 Space Merchant Dispatch notices that I've missed (because:  sleep?).  Can those dispatch actions be addressed when the player is on game?  I have no idea how much I've missed over the last year because of all the missed dispatches, but I have to assume I've lost aLOT.  And nobody can stay up 24/7 to monitor their account for Space Merchant Dispatch notices! 

Please and thanks.  This system just seems to make -0- sense to me.
