My HELPS are not being answered

Hi Staff, I have sent several helps for both of these and not getting any replies so I'm posting here since I seem to get more success here.

1. I never got an event planner pin for my event in October.

2. I bought boys antique robe instead of girls because girls wouldn't load and I thought it was just another mystery item while coat was for both girls and boys which is why I bought it. Please exchange my robe for a girls robe, nobody is swapping girls for boys. I've been trying for almost an hour.

  • Hi, Perpetual! I am not staff, but I think I can give a reason for why your second help isn't being answered. Even if nobody is swapping the boys robe for a girls, it is not their job to do that for you. The problem is not a glitch in the system, even if you didn't "purposefully" buy a boys robe, it is what you got. No offense, but please stop sending staff messages to fix your mistake, because it is not their fault. Good luck with the first help, though.That seems to be a problem on their part. :)
