    Considering when I just looked in the halloween store it said "Sand Dollars: 0" I would figure same rules apply as Sand Dollars & Ice coins.

    VFK_Brizzie got back to me. First, yes we do play games to get the Candy Corn, & Second, there will eventually be quests coming out.

    There was a glitch or something the first night candy corn came out.  There was a separate section in the Halloween shop, and after playing Sleepy Hollow that night, I started accumulating candy corn (this was a day or three ago).  Then the next day, sand dollars came back, and the section in Halloween shop disappeared.  Whateva.
