You get a raven from the Merlin's dungeon lobby! I believe once you buy one you have to find it somewhere in VFK like you do with a unicorn!

Yes, raven treat, then stand there in the grass lands surrounding the wizard dungeons where you bought the tree and wait for a raven to come to you, you will get a pop up when it is tamed.
