      I took a screenshot of me on VFK and pasted it in my PhotoFiltre program.
      I then cropped it and edited it and saved it as a .jpg
      Then when I went to post it I selected the picture icon in the top right hand corner of the typing box.
      I searched for the picture in my pictures and opened it up.
      Then it comes up in the post! :)
