  You can be sure this would upset the people that own the original hats as they are pretty rare/valuable.

  but what about the beanie? 

  we've had similar types of hats released (examples: acorn hat, pineapple knitted hat, bethlehem knitted hat, country christmas hat, indian candy corn hat)

  and as far as i'm aware the original beanie is still valuable. 
  

  
  

  i think the wreath hat could work if they did one with bows, flowers, or some kind of decorations in it and a candle shape and color that's different than the original.
