Update on Nixie's Pink Paradise room - Thanks for having the room available for tasks!

Where do I find Nixie's Pink Paradise room?  Does anyone have it so I can complete that part of the Nixie challenge?  I need to dance in Nixie's pink paradise.  I've been on VFK since day one and I don't ever recall this being a prize or in the land office or for sale in the gold stamp catalog.  Thanks for any help!
