Is the Anniversary game shirt still available?

I am trying to finish anniversary tasks and I need a shirt. I saw in another thread that the shirt was available from Sleepy Hollow and Fireworks. I won shoes from Sleepy Hollow so that no longer seems to be the case. Hope I''m not just out of luck.
