Sand Dollar Micro Quest Addition

Hi VFK Developers,

I had an idea about the Sand Dollar micro quests. I thought it might be cool to have a final quest (like the Valentine Micro Mystery Quest) that requires all the micro quests to be completed before starting it. I think it would be cool to happen during the last day of summer on Monday the 23rd September (could start on the 21st September Saturday). The prize could be a cool End of Summer Micro Quest Pin, Shirt, or other item that you choose (or maybe didn't get to release this summer?) along with 10 sand dollars.
