I grew up on Asian and Western cartoons & therefore my childhood was awesome :D. My favorite series would have to be when Japanese drew renowned books & fairytales & gave them an Asian flair. My taste lies on the old school Japanese drawing style as well. I went into this maturity stage & grew out of anime & generally any kind of 2D cartoons after high school but once in a blue moon I would jump and watch some old school anime.
I'm gonna separate them into categories: Western/Asian series, corny by today's standard old school anime (I LOVE woot) and famous ones that almost everyone knows, lol! :)
