Chapter 8 stuck - glitch?

I just started chapter 8. Jane just was in the dream-like state and woke up and now I can't get her out of bed. There is no arrow and my cursor doesn't light up anywhere around the screen. I've logged out and back in and it continues to be stuck. Is there any way I can restart the chapter?

    We have reset your game, the next time you go in it should be from the beginning.  If the issue happens again let us know and we will see why it is happening! :)
