I was unable to replace note so am trying to incerpt Clement --need hiding place in the mill

You need to shoot the rope that is holding the large mill stone:

Shooting the arrow at the end is a little bit tricky, so if you pretend there isn't any wind, and just shoot it like you would a bullseye, that would work!

You can also try moving your bow LEFT twice, with 2 clicks, then pulling it back almost all the way, that should also work!
