    You need a wrench to loosen the hoses!

    You have two options, you can walk back to the beach or ride the cart, and go to the store room and get a wrench off the wall, or trot over to the boat and get one from the tool box in the boat!

    Ok, that wouldn't work, I'm going to go put the portable beacon back, what should I do to stop the smugglers?
