Need Help on Chapter 7

I need urgent help on chapter 7! I can't get the clock on the mantle to open. I talked to Anne and did the bed puzzle. Anything else I need to do? Or did I do everything and need to do something with my laptop? I've had this problem for quite some time now and haven't completed the chapter because of it. Please help! >_<

@PinkyB Did you look at the letter in the bed post after you solved the bed post puzzle?
