Purple Fairy Book?

I've found the 4 of the fairy books (blue, red, green and yellow), but it looks like there's supposed to be a purple one as well (some of the letters in the Rikki-Tikki Tavi book are underlined purple). Does anyone know where I can find that one? or is there really supposed to be one?

    The underlined letters make up a code, the colors help to distinguish the words.

    I am not sure which chapter you are on, but the four colors of the fairy books come in handy later on with the wooden animal pieces.

    I believe there are several more fairy books that Andrew Lang made, and purple is included but only the first four play a role in Formula for Danger
