Technical difficulties- adding pictures to a comment

I've been having trouble lately with posting pictures on another person's thread-- person as in anyone. I click the button and select the picture but it doesn't add it to my comment. Any suggestions? Does anyone else have this problem?  :-?

    Hi Daisy!

    I've had this problem before. It isn't anything major, but I suggest that Staff should try and fix that. But the problem should go away eventually. If it takes a while, then you should talk to Staff about it. (You could also try refreshing if you haven't already.)

    Thanks Pink, I'm glad to know that someone else has experienced this. :)

    I refreshed the page and cleared my cache, but to no avail. Hopefully staff will notice this and fix the problem. Until then, I'll be checking every day.

    Turns out I needed to switch the pictures to PNG files and copy them with the snipping tool. Thanks to MistyMew for the advice :)
