I always bathe our dogs in the tub, and I use baby shampoo so it doesn't hurt their eyes if some of the suds gets in them!

SparkleDreamMaybe he's lazy because he's not used to his surroundings yet?! There's no telling, he might be really active in a few months once he's familiar with everything :D
Then again he might just be a lazier doggy, I know one of my aunt's dogs is just lazier than the others. CONGRATULATIONS on your new puppy! What color is he?! -
