Help with the Telescope?!

Can anyone help me with the telescope? I got it on the stand and go it level but now Jane just keeps says "It's stuck" and I try turning the other knob but all it does is squeak.

Anyone?!

@Guest775004, when you look at it there is a little knob under the one that leveled it, turn that all the way to the left and then right 5 times!
