We need TWINKLES!!!

I am once again begging for these. 
These are pictures of the 'galactic star chart'

I would really love to have the twinkle effect they make that we can place anywhere without the machine - just the effect. They would be so useful!!  (insert pleading eyes)

    They are for sale in Merlin's as Firework Sparkles in the Gold Stamps.  They are a sparkly effect you can place.  Looks similar to fireflies, or sparkly glitter, etc.  They are SO COOL!!  LOVE THEM!
