Can't finish Chapter 3

I've removed the water from the boat, patched the whole, put the oar holder and the oars into the boat, but it still won't complete. I've also checked out the boat safety book, and gotten the broom. Is there something else I'm missing? I can't figure out how to get to the next chapter...

    Hey @Guest573226!

    It sounds like you have everything you need to get into the boat, have you tried moving your mouse above the boat so that it turns into an arrow and clicking?
