ice hockey tables

ok..I'd like to set up a ice hockey tournament for fun..of course..soon I will have all six tables and will make a room for play and visiting..etc...sort of like the dart or pool tournaments..just not sure how to proceed....I should offer sign up for a certain weekend and practice time for those that don't have tables of their own...and of course I still have to figure out prizes for all three ..bronze, silver and gold...I'd love some help and or feed back...

    update...i have six tables..to set  up as final tables and four set for first round competition..the prizes I will be VIP..I am thinking first place would be a set of three..sandwich cooler, drink, and fridge..then second would be a clock or maybe glow cap or gloves...or second place gets choice of one of those items..but because of the prizes being something VIP Members get free, for this time, I'd like to invite non VIP to play and VIP to watch..spectate...Can I do this and not ruffle any feathers..??
