Frost fairy Quest - Gathering Supplies

Hello 

I game back from being away for a long time. I am trying to finish my frost Fairy Epic quest. I am trying to gather supplies and can not find them. I was able to find the balloon. Just wondering if this quest still works with the vfk 11th anniversary overlay. If I quit the epic quest will I loose my progress? Thank you

    Any news on this. I sent a email asking this question on June the 23rd. Is this quest still active or will it go back once overlay is changed?
