Calling Coast Guard in the last chapter

Hey everyone, I know the last chapter released today and there may not be any walkthroughs for a while but I was wondering if someone can help me figure out the radio to call the coast guard I am stuck with it..

Hi @tessygrl!

Go to the tool room, right off of the room with the light panel in it!

Then, open the crates, and Ron should show up!

You can only do this after you've talked to them up on the hill!

Oh How do I go back to the cliff to get the cart??

You've probably talked to Ron now in the fuel room, and told him you have a surprise for him, right?!

In that case, then go back to the room with the light panel in it, and you should see a new opening in the wall!

This opening will take you back to the caves that you nearly drowned in. Once you're back there, just make your way back to the cliff and use your rappelling gear to climb up to the mine cart!

Go left, not right! If you go right, it will take you to a door that you can't open!

If you go left, use the key that looks like a little mountain on the door!
