Turkey MeatloafServing size: 8 to 10 servingsPreparation time: 15 minsCooking time: 1 hour 45 minsIngredients3 cups chopped yellow onions (2 large onions)2 tablespoons good olive oil2 teaspoons kosher salt1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (1/2 teaspoon dried)1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce3/4 cup chicken stock1 1/2 teaspoons tomato paste5 pounds ground turkey breast1 1/2 cups plain dry bread crumbs3 extra-large eggs, beaten3/4 cup ketchupDirections1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.2. In a medium saute pan, over medium-low heat, cook the onions, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme untiltranslucent, but not browned, approximately 15 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, andtomato paste and mix well. Allow to cool to room temperature.3. Combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, and onion mixture in a large bowl. Mix well and shapeinto a rectangular loaf on an ungreased sheet pan. Spread the ketchup evenly on top. Bake for 1 1/2 hoursuntil the internal temperature is 160 degrees F. and the meatloaf is cooked through. (A pan of hot water inthe oven under the meatloaf will keep the top from cracking.) Serve hot, at room temperature, or cold in asandwich.March 2020 -

Hi Mintie I know staff is updating things which is great however peoples robot toys from santa last year are still not opening when rotating them. Can staff work on fixing them. I have mentioned it several times and it has never been fixed. I also can not ride my groovy car volts. wagon bug in any color. Can you pass along the message to fix this as well. I made a report, but I'd like to say...It bugs me when a person approaches me in my room and tells me that they are my daughter, when I prove that they are not being truthful, they try to make trouble for me by claiming I'm harassing them..when I know very well that staff just has to go check conversations and read for themselves that this person did in fact say to me.."HI Mom, this is your daughter....etc..." now she's wanting to IM staff, cause I challenge her in public with her stories...January 2020 -

I'd like to thank the VFK staff for their patience with me and my rants and help button...this being my first year, has been a blast and I hope to be part of this community for a long time..sorry my system is slower than molasses but..if you think about the rooms I've been putting out..what do you think I could do if I had a better system....hehe...working on that in real...Now I am almost done with the Christmas contest rooms and I hope people wait till end of ride to vote..not sure if the first room wow pops..but invisible ride supports were a new thing for me and slow computer doesn't allow for redoing it over and over again....next time....and yes there will be a next time...love those supports...pain to work with ...but love them..
